Beach House - Welcome Information

• There is keyless entry 
• The code will be provided at 3PM 
• Enter the code, turn the round dial and push to open
• In the summer months the door can stick due to humidity - give a little push
• There is a key in the lockbox for emergencies - reach out for code if needed

• The driveway can accommodate 4 cars
• There is no overnight parking on the street 
• Do not park on the front lawn 

• There is a camera at the front door. It is used for safety and security. 
• The camera will be used to access accurate guest count

• Smoke FREE home 
• NO Pets 
• Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed in the property.
• There is a small door in the lower level living room that leads to a crawl space basement, please stay out and ensure children are not playing in this space. 
• Respect the neighbors - no parties, excessive noise or loud music.  If the police are called due to excessive noise, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. 
• There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, do not put food down the drain.
• There is a switch in the kitchen over the refrigerator, do not turn it off - it will shut the central air conditioning off. 
• Renters are using the firepit at their own risk and assume full responsibility and will not hold Ocean Hill Properties or owners accountable. Firewood is not provided.
• Return beach chairs, cooler, yard toys etc. back to the shed. 
• From time to time, things happen or get broken please reach out and let us know when it happens not upon checkout. 
• Follow all check out instructions.

• The grill requires propane - it is not guaranteed, it's a pay it forward system (there are many close locations to do an exchange such as Finley’s Liquor, Ocean State or Luke’s Liquor)
• Clean the grill before and after use

• Firewood is NOT  provided. 
• Do not use during windy conditions or when a local fire ban is in effect.
• Use firewood only—no trash, cardboard, or accelerants (like lighter fluid or gasoline)
• Never leave the fire unattended. Make sure it is completely extinguished before leaving the area or going inside.
• Keep chairs and any other flammable materials at a safe distance from the flames.
• Children must be supervised at all times near the firepit.
• Please remove any trash or debris from around the firepit area after use.

• Do not overstuff the toilet bowls
• Do not flush disposable diapers, feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels etc. 
• Do not put anything other than water or water-soluble items into sinks, toilets or showers. 
• Do not put grease of any kind down the drains

• Check out 10AM
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Turn off the central air.
• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
• Take all your trash and left-over food to the trash barrels outside.
• The night before checkout start a load of beach towels in the washing machine and in the AM put them in the dryer and start a load of bed sheets in the washing machine - DO NOT OVERSTUFF THE WASHING MACHINE

The security deposit will be returned upon checkout, after inspection of the property has been conducted.
