Morning Star Villa, 5 bedrooms/4 baths, sleeps 16

Entering the home, you will be greeted by open and bright floor plan with high ceiling and front to back living room. Guests have access to the whole villa with the exception of two owner's closets. AC's throughout and WIFI. There is a lockbox at the front door. In September 2022, a new bathroom was built off the pool and the 5th detached bedroom and bathroom was renovated. 

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice machine, gas stove, toaster, Keurig machine, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and silverware. Dining table accommodates 8, with 2 additional seats at a small table and 4 bar stools that overlook into the kitchen from the living room. 

Enormous front to back living room with plenty of seating and room for the whole family. Large smart TV so bring your Netflix, YouTube login info. 6-foot French doors leading out to the private back yard. 

5 bedrooms, sleeps 16. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house. Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 and 4 each have 2 queen beds. The 5th bedroom is detached from the home and has 2 queen beds and was newly renovated in Oct 2022. 

There are 4 full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is located off the master bedroom. Bathroom 2 is located off the living room. Bathroom 3 is located in the 5th bedroom. Bathroom 4 is located next to the pool and was newly constructed in Oct 2022.

Large private yard with high walls. Inground pool with 4 lounge chairs in the sun, a large dining table and sectional sofa located under the covered porch.  Thers is Smart TV and fridge located on the covered patio. Outdoor ping-pong table and oversize Jenga game.
