10-minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach. Entering the home, you will be greeted with an open and bright floor plan. Each room has high ceilings, large glass doors providing natural light. AC's throughout and WIFI. Guests have access to the whole space with exception of the owner's closet. There is a lockbox at the front door. 

Open concept kitchen with plenty of seating at the bar and small breakfast table. The dining room opens to the kitchen with access to the outdoor covered patio area. The dining table accommodates 8 people. Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, up and down fridge/freezer with an ice machine, coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and silverware.

Large living room with comfortable sectional couch. Smart TV. The living room is in the front of the villa and opens into the kitchen with access to side hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and hall bathroom. 

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.  There are 2 bedrooms that have private full bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 have king beds and bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds. 

There are 3 baths. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 of those are located in bedroom 1 and 2. The other bathroom is located in the hallway outside od bedroom 3 and 4. The showers are stand up showers, the shower handles are detachable and can be handheld. 

The back yard is spectacular with cornered inground saltwater pool with seating in the pool. A large covered over patio with plenty of seating. There is also a outdoor dining area with table and seating as well. The yard has high walls for privacy. Outdoor shower.
