Very small beach with jetties. It is to the left of the Ocean House Restaurant. There is no parking lot. Wooden flight of stairs going down to the beach with a few wooden benches at the top for viewing. No lifeguard on duty.
Good for families, beach has rock jetties and lots of shells. There is a private beach to the right. It has a smaller parking lot, and it fills up in the summer months. There is an outdoor shower and rest rooms. Across the street is the Sailing Cow Cafe. Lifeguard on duty.
Good for families with nice sand with some shells. The waves are small. There are private beaches on either side. Rock jetties. Playground, portable toilet and medium-size parking area.

There is a flight of wooden stairs to get to the beach and wooden beaches at the top to sit and enjoy the views of the ocean. It's fairly private and never that crowded. There is no parking lot and no lifeguard on duty.
Moderate size beach with rock jetties. There is a flight of wooden stairs down to the beach and plenty of wooden benches at the top for viewing. The beach can be windy at times. Nice sand with some shells and peddles. There is a good amount of parking and bathrooms. There is a small store at the entrance of the parking lot. Lifeguard on duty.
Large very popular beach, sand is pebbly with lots of shells. Good for families. The beach borders Swan Pond River, people enjoy sitting on the river side and use floats to relax in the water during hightide. You will be sure to see paddleboarders and kayakers coming from Swan River. Short walk to the beach from the parking lot. The south lot is resident parking only. There are portable toilets.
Giant beach with tons of parking. Parking runs along the beach making it easy to walk to your vehicle and back onto the beach. It can sometimes be windy making it a great beach for windsurfing or kite flying. There is a concession stand, restrooms, outdoor shower, handicap accessible, surf/wheelchair. The east end of the beach is Resident Parking Only. Lifeguard on duty.
Chapin Beach is a stunning, remote beach features miles of undeveloped landscape. As you drive along approaching the beach you will be greeted and be surrounded by incredible sand dunes that are a beautiful sight to see. The kids will love all the little tide pools. At low tide, the beach itself can be about a half-mile to the water, making for a bit of a trek to walk to the water. Best swimming is at high tide. There is no concession stand and there is portable toilets. There is a good size parking lot.
This is one of, it not the most popular beaches in Dennis and can be crowded. It is a very large beach with powdery, white sand and calm waters and when the tide goes out it is perfect for walking on and tide pooling making it very popular for families with kids. in the summer months, get there early, if not be prepared to wait to get into the parking lot. Note, the parking attendants will only let so many vehicles wait at a time. There is a concession stand, bathrooms, outdoor showers to rinse off and a surf/wheelchair.
Is a popular beach with soft white sand. There are great big flats at low tide. Kids will love the tide pools for playing and exploring. Parking is resident only and the parking lot is very small.
Best at low tide as the tide goes way out exposing flats that are fun to explore. The water comes up far during high tide making the space limited during a busy day. There is a nice little playground with water-view swings! Disabled accessible. There is a concession Stand, restrooms, outdoor showers for rinsing. It is handicap accessible and there is a surf/wheelchairs
Howes Beach connects with Corportation beach, so you can use all the amenities at Corporation. Large beach, great during low tide with plenty of room. Small waves a nd nice sand. There is a fair amount of parking. Walk to beach over pretty big dune.
This is a 60-acre natural freshwater kettle hole pond. Transparency is very good, extending to 16 feet. The bottom is composed of sand and rubble. There are mostly trout in this lake, ducks love to visit as well. Very small beach area with pebbly sand. There are small inlets in the trees where you can sit for a bit more privacy and find shade from the trees. There is no sand in these areas. Bring your paddle board or kayak and explore. There is a small parking lot and portable toilet.
The Princess Beach Conservation Area includes Princess beach on Scargo Lake. There are trails that branch off into the woods in all directions. Most of the trees are pines so it makes hiking easier. There is a covered pavilion picnic area, bathrooms and walking trails. The parking lot is
a good size.
This is a small and peaceful beach with soft sand and calm waves. It is usually not crowded because there is limited parking which deters the summer crowds. It is located next to Sesuit Harbor, the views are beautiful. There are rock jetties extending out into Cape Cod Bay. Resident parking only.
This is a great beach for families. It is usually not to crowded. The sand is nice sand and the waves are small. Even during high tide there is plenty of sand for sitting without feeling like your overcrowded. There are two rock jetties at entrance to harbor. The parking lot is large but it is resident parking only. There is a restroom.
This beach adjoins Cold Storage Beach. Great for families. Low tide exposes large tidal flats with fun tide pools but not easy to swim in at that time. Better swimming in high tide. Medium-sized parking lot which fills up quickly in the summer months. There are portable toilets. Note - there are 2 Sea Street Beaches this one is in East Dennis
