Entering the home, your greeted with an open and bright floor plan. Each room has high ceilings, recessed lights and large windows providing lots of natural light. AC's throughout, WIFI, plenty of parking and washer and dryer. There is a lockbox at the front door. 

Dining table accommodates 10 people and bar seating for 4 people. Stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice machine, Ninja drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, Ninja blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and silverware.

Front to back living room space with large sectional couch. There is a 50-inch smart TV, just bring your Netflix and Amazon passwords. There are 6-foot French doors leading to the back yard oasis. 

5 bedrooms, sleeps 12. There are 4 bedrooms located in the main house. Each bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV. The 5th bedroom is a second master suite with a king bed and a twin trundle bed with other twin underneath. 

There are 3.5 baths. A full bath is located in the master bedroom. A full bath is located in the main house. A full bathroom is located the 5th bedroomi. There is a 1/2 bathroom located in the backyard. The showers are stand up, the shower handles are detachable and can be handheld. Hairdryers. 

Large yard with high walls for privacy with inground 10x23, 5 ft deep pool. Large outdoor bar with Smart TV and gas grill. There are 4 lounge chairs and a sectional couch in the sun and a table and chairs under the covered patio. Outdoor shower.
