Come through the gate - Palm Building is on the left. Enter the main door, stay left and the unit is the 2nd door on the right. 

Check in is at 4PM, please plan accordingly - Do NOT arrive earlier without speaking with Rob or Nadine. Unit access code will be provided the day of your arrival around 3PM. 

Don't forget to complete the Aruba ED card for entry to Aruba

• Establish connection via WhatsApp or Text with Nadine or Rob prior to travel and share your flight info.
• Check in: 4:00PM - DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY
• Upon arrival to Oceania Residences, you will need to check in at the security gate (pictured in photo). Be prepared to tell them you will be staying in the Unit 112. You will be asked your full name, unit number, number of guests and car information. 
• Unit 112 is located in the Palm building - 1st building on the left  
• Parking Spot - Come through security gate, you will see it labeled up on the right-hand side as soon as you come through the security gate. You can also park in any spot labelled "visitor"

• No smoking of any kind in the unit or on the property. 
• Respect the neighbors - no parties, excessively loud noise or loud music.
• Do not break ice bags on the tile floors or on the kitchen counters. 
• No Pets 
• Clean the grill before and after use - please let us know when the propane is getting low, and we will replace it. The values must be shut off when grill is not in use. 
• Please follow the checkout instructions listed below. 

• The safe is in the bedroom closet. 
• There is a key to access the safe - please do not lose the key as there is a $25 fee to replace it. 
• Upon departure, please return the key to the safe.

• Check Out: 10AM unless otherwise agreed upon a different time
• Lock both sliding doors
• Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
• Remove all trash from the unit
• The evening before departure wash and dry a load of beach towels and in the morning start another load *** PLEASE DON'T OVER STUFF THE MACHINES ***
