❓Review the FAQ's where you will find info on what's expected at the home, location to beach, is water safe to drink etc. 

How to Enter:

• You will need to check in at the security gate. Be prepared to tell them you will be staying in the Unit 147. You will be asked your full name, unit number, number of guests and car information. 
• The Arashi Building is located through the security gate, at the end take a left and it will be the building on your right side, closest to the beach/pools.
• The keyless entry code will be sent to you at 3PM the day of your arrival

NOTE: Do not arrive early or stay late without prior approval. This is not a hotel there is not a lobby where you can wait for the unit to be ready. 

Keyless Entry Code:
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, your personalized lockbox code will be provided at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival through your booking platform. 

Parking Instructions: 

There is one spot assigned to this unit, it is labelled #1147. Come through security gate, it is located down in front of the tennis courts. You can also park in any spot labelled "visitor"

• This is not a hotel. There is not a lobby to wait in. 
• Do not arrive to the property early or stay late without prior approval
• Please let us know prior to arrival if your guest count has changed

We understand that travel schedules vary and are happy to offer flexible timing when possible.

Early Check-In:
Fee: Before 2PM is $100, after 2PM is $50

Late Check-Out:
Fee: After 10AM is $100

Availability depends on our cleaning schedule and must be approved in advance.

For guest safety and property protection, there are exterior recording camera. 

Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times in common areas and pool areas.

No smoking in the unit, private patio or shared spaces 

Our professional pool team services the pool routinely to keep the water clean and ready for you to enjoy. 

• Pool Hours - 7AM to 10PM daily
• No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Do not swim alone. No diving. 
• Glass is strictly prohibited at the pool for safety
• Nude or topless sunbathing is not permitted
• Remove all sand before entering the pool
• Do not hang towels/clothing on any railing, balconies or terraces
• Dry off before entering elevators
• No pool chairs are allowed inside the pool.

• Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 7AM daily. 
• Pool and Fitness Center Hours - 7AM to 10PM daily
• Be respectful of others who may also be enjoying the community spaces
• Respect the neighbors - no parties, excessively loud noise or loud music
• Gatherings and music are not permitted on the back patios after quiet hours 

To help maintain a fresh and comfortable environment, we kindly ask guests to dispose of indoor trash regularly using the outdoor collection areas. 

Do not leave trash in public areas or in front of your door. Small trash bags should be put in the garbage chute. Large bags should be put in the garbage room. 

Trash Bin Location:

• Garbage Rooms: are located on the ground floor of every building
• Main Entrance: A large trash collection area is located at the main entrance beside the security gate.
   

Avoid storing cardboard boxes or household waste inside the home, as Aruba’s warm climate can attract insects.

• Take all trash outside to the barrels

• Turn off lights and AC throughout the property
• Turn on the dishwasher
• Lock all doors and windows 

• Return single key to the lockbox and leave the other keys in the kitchen 

• Start a load of towels
