We're thrilled that you've chosen to stay at our family home! Our goal is to make your “home away from home” as enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or issues at any point, don't hesitate to reach out.

Check-in Info

House Keys - Lock Box

The lockbox is located at the front door on the right side of the wall.
There is 1 key in the lockbox - key will unlock the front door
The other keys are in the house - all keys should be labeled
Lost house keys will result in a $25 USD charge
Upon departure, please return the lockbox key to the lockbox and the leave other keys in the house on the table

Parking

Parking for one (1) car within the driveway
There is plenty of additional on-site parking

Security Camera

There is a security camera at the front door. It is used for safety and security
The camera will also be used to assess accurate guest count

Important House Rules/Requests

Additional Guests/Visitors

Kindly let us know if your guest count has increased prior to arrival. There is a fee associated with extra guests.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home and on the property. Please do not bring any others into the home without prior discussions.

Air Conditioning

Each room has its own AC unit with remote control - keep each remote in its own room.
Conserve energy and shut the air conditioners when not in use - especially the bedroom AC's during the day.

Septic System

Do not overstuff the toilet bowls
Flush only toilet paper. Please use the trash barrel to discard of items such as disposable diapers, feminine products, baby wipes, makeup wipes, paper towels etc.
The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so please do not put food down the sink. This includes grease of any kind down the drains.
Limit length of showers as the water fills the septic tank.

General/Misc.

This is a smoke free home - NO smoking in or around the property
Do not break ice bags on the tile floors or on the kitchen counters (if needed use the gray walkway area in front of the home)
Do not out ice bags in the ice dispenser it gets stuck, and you will break the motor to the ice machine
No Pets
Clean grill before and after use. When the tank is getting low let us know, please do not wait until it is empty to ask for it to be refilled
No running around the pool, no jumping from the concrete walls or balcony

We don't provide condiments but will leave them if they are in good condition
Coffee pot - Keurig dual drip and K cup
Kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels and all-purpose cleaner is provided
