The home offers self-check-in using a secure lockbox for your convenience.
Lockbox Code:
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, your personalized lockbox code will be provided at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival through your booking platform.
Lockbox Location:
The lockbox is located at the front door on the left column.
How to Enter:
• Enter the code and open the lockbox to retrieve the key.
• Close the lockbox securely after removing the key.
• For security, please scramble the numbers once finished.

We understand that travel schedules vary and are happy to offer flexible timing when possible.
Early Check-In:
Fee: Before 2PM is $100, after 2PM is $50
Late Check-Out:
Fee: After 10AM is $100
Availability depends on our cleaning schedule and must be approved in advance.
For guest safety and property protection, there is one exterior recording camera located at the front entrance.
To keep the home in perfect condition throughout your stay, our trusted partners may visit for routine exterior care.
Our professional pool team services the pool every Wednesday and Saturday to keep the water clean, safe, and ready for you to enjoy.
They will access the yard through the left-side door, they use the key in the lockbox next to the door, do not remove this key.
Trash Collection: Wednesday Evening
To help keep the home fresh and prevent insects or rodents, please bring indoor trash to the outdoor bins when full. Cardboard and household waste should not be stored inside the home.
Bin Location:
Trash barrels are located on the side of the house (street side, near the chess board area).
Guidelines:
• Please place all trash inside the barrels — do not leave bags on the ground or on top of the lids.
• All household trash may be placed in the same barrels.
Occasionally, a technician may stop by for a quick exterior septic system check to ensure everything is running smoothly.
To protect the home’s plumbing system, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
• Flush toilet paper only. Items such as disposable diapers, feminine products, baby wipes, makeup wipes, and paper towels should be placed in the trash.
• Please do not overfill or overstuff toilet bowls.
• The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal — avoid putting food scraps or grease of any kind down the drain.
• Take all trash outside to the barrels
• Turn off lights and AC throughout the property
• Turn on the dishwasher
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return single key to the lockbox and leave the other keys in the kitchen
• Start a load of towels
